The Little Shop
Welcome to "The Little Shop", the BSB clothing and goodies shop. This shop has been created in collaboration with Owl For You, which means that small profits are made to help people in need.
How do the orders work ?
The shop we created is not a standard e-commerce shop. The purpose is to show all the products and explain how are managed the orders. We will gather the pre-orders on a 1 or 2 month basis, and then one global order will be done by the association to our supplier and all the products will be created at the same time. Each article is linked with a Lydia form generated by the student federation, allowing you to pre-order.
Pré-order
The pre-order concept is that when you fill the Lydia form, we simply save it for the next due (every 2 month).
At each due, we can lauch all the pre-orders at once, so that we do scale economies and pay less.
- We only produce what is pre-ordered : no surproduction and no waste in stocks
- Pas de revendeur, pas de stock : c'est ce qui nous permet de vous offrir un rapport qualité-prix qui serait impossible dans un circuit de distribution classique
Payment
Payment is made on Lydia with a form generated by the student federation.
You have until November 15 to place your pre-orders, then we will start production with our supplier.
Production start
Our personalised textiles and goodies are produced by "Le Bureau Des Goodies".
Each production is unique and requires fixed costs, so it is advantageous to centralise all orders.
Delivery
You have the choice of picking up your order at your campus without shipping costs, or you can have it delivered to a relay point at the address you wish (no delivery outside France).
Owl For You will take care of receiving your items and sending the parcel via Mondial Relay (if you buy several items, make sure you select the delivery option only once so as not to pay the shipping costs several times)
